Home interiors in Trivandrum, designed and executed by one team
Rzian Homez designs and executes turnkey interiors for homes in Trivandrum. The architects who plan the house also detail the kitchen, the wardrobes and the ceilings, and the same practice, with 25+ years of experience, executes the work. Every project starts with drawings you approve and a line-by-line Bill of Quantities you sign before a sheet of plywood is cut.
What a turnkey interior covers
One BOQ covers the whole fit-out.
There is no second vendor to chase and no add-on that appears halfway through. The BOQ lists each item by room with its material grade, quantity and rate, so you can see what is in the price and what is not.
- ✓Modular kitchen and pantry
- ✓Wardrobes and storage
- ✓False ceiling and cove lighting
- ✓TV units and feature walls
- ✓Pooja unit
- ✓Painting, wallpaper and textures: available within the project scope when included in the approved BOQ
- ✓Lighting and electrical-point work: available within the project scope when included in the approved BOQ
- ✓Loose furniture and soft furnishings: available within the project scope when included in the approved BOQ

One team, start to finish
Designed and built by the same hands.
The architects who draw your home also detail every wardrobe, ceiling and finish. One accountable team, and no gap between the drawing and the room. If the house is still under construction, the interiors are planned against the same drawings, so electrical points, plumbing lines and ceiling heights are settled before the fit-out begins.
What you pay for
Three spec levels.
Every interior quote comes down to three things: the plywood grade, the finish and the hardware. They decide how long your home looks good and how much you spend getting there. Rzian Homez works to three levels, and the BOQ names the level for each room.

How an interiors project runs
Six steps, written down before work starts.
You do not need more creative ideas. You need a fit-out that arrives as drawn, on a BOQ you signed.
Brief and site measurement
A site visit for wall-to-wall measurement and electrical point mapping, and a conversation about the rooms, the level and the budget.
Drawings and 3D views for approval
Every room is drawn and shown in 3D. You approve the design before the BOQ is priced.
BOQ sign-off
A line-by-line Bill of Quantities: each material, its grade, the quantity and the rate. Items outside the BOQ are quoted separately before they are executed.
Milestone payments
Payments are released in stages against work that is visible and approved by you, such as carcass completion or shutter fixing.
Weekly WhatsApp video updates from site
A video from site every week, so you see progress against the drawings without chasing anyone.
Handover in writing
The handover date is fixed in writing before execution. At handover, you receive the project documents applicable to your scope, including the final BOQ/specification record, Rzian Homez warranty terms and available supplier/manufacturer warranty documents.
Running an interiors project from abroad
The same six steps, as they reach you abroad.
Many of our interiors clients live in the Gulf, the UK or elsewhere abroad. The process is the one above. The difference is how each step reaches you.
Brief and measurement
Our team measures the site; you brief us on a video call, or a family member in Trivandrum sits in.
Drawings and 3D approval
Walked through on a call and approved in writing, so there is a record of what was agreed.
BOQ before work
Sent as a document you can read and question line by line before you sign.
Milestone payments
You release each stage yourself, against work you can see in the updates.
Weekly WhatsApp video updates
From site, in a group with the family members you choose.
Handover documentation
The project documents applicable to your scope, sent to you and left with the house.
Calls are taken 09:00 to 18:00 IST, which is 07:30 to 16:30 in the UAE and Oman and 06:30 to 15:30 in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. If you are building the house as well as finishing it, start with building your home in Trivandrum while you’re abroad.
Warranty
One-year service warranty on workmanship.
Every Rzian Homez interiors project carries a one-year service warranty on workmanship. Parts and materials are covered according to the applicable supplier/manufacturer warranty. The terms are written into the work agreement; see the contract and warranty page.
Before you ask
Interiors in Trivandrum, answered.
How much does interior design cost in Trivandrum?
The cost depends on the spec level you choose for each room. Rzian Homez works to three levels, Standard, Comfort and Premium, set by plywood grade, finish type and hardware quality. Every quote is a line-by-line Bill of Quantities approved before work begins. Rates by level and by room, and a calculator, are on the interior design cost guide.
How long does a turnkey interior project take?
Interior timelines vary with scope, selections and site readiness; the handover date is fixed in writing before execution.
Can NRIs manage an interior project from abroad?
Yes. The drawings and 3D views are approved on a call, the BOQ is signed before work starts, payments are released by you against stages you can see, and a WhatsApp video update comes from site every week. The remote-build section above sets out each step.
What materials and hardware do you use?
Interior materials are written into the BOQ before work starts: BWR or BWP-grade plywood by level, laminate, acrylic or PU finishes, granite or engineered quartz counters, and branded soft-close hardware with tandem-box drawers and telescopic channels. The BOQ names the grade of each item, so a substitution on site would show against the document.
Is the interior work under warranty?
Yes. Every project carries a one-year service warranty on workmanship. Parts and materials are covered according to the applicable supplier/manufacturer warranty. The terms are in the work agreement and on the contract and warranty page.
