How do I know the BOQ is not inflated?
Every item is listed with quantity, rate and a detailed specification, and we walk you through it line by line. Second opinions are welcome. You can also run a free BOQ audit to check whether a quote hides any costs.
What if the project gets delayed?
Our agreement includes a written penalty clause. If the build goes beyond 270 days without a valid cause, we compensate. It is in black and white, not a verbal assurance.

What does the fixed price include?
Full civil construction: structure, roofing, plastering, flooring, electrical, plumbing and all civil finishing per the agreed BOQ, with sanitaryware from Jaquar, Grohe, or Kohler. Interiors, landscaping, the compound wall and external works are quoted separately if required.
How is Rzianz different from hiring a contractor and an architect separately?
When you hire them separately, you manage the gap between them, and that gap is where most cost and quality problems begin. Rzianz is a design-build firm: design and construction are handled by one team under one contract, with one entity accountable for everything.
