A ₹200 plan is a full expert team: structural design and stability checks, MEP engineering, interior and lighting design, landscaping and drainage, site engineers and a project manager, handover checks and warranties. Rzianz gives you all of the above under one agreement.
Never. Payments are linked to clearly defined milestones, planned and agreed before work begins. Each milestone is tied to actual progress on site, so you only pay for work that is done.
We do not give vague per-sq.ft rates. You get an item-wise BOQ showing quantities (how much), brands and specs (what exactly) and rates (per item), so you see where every rupee goes before work starts.
Typical delivery is 270 days after approvals. One team handles design, permits and build, with weekly photo and video updates to you.
Your agreement includes a delay clause. If the delay is on our side, we cover the acceleration cost to recover time. For external causes (monsoon, strikes, government holds) the timeline extends with proof. Weekly progress reports mean there are no surprises.
Yes, until handover. The architect and site engineers stay on the project, with stage-wise checks that ensure the build matches the approved design. Issues are fixed before the next stage starts.
Our NRI workflow runs on digital approvals and e-signs, video walkthroughs, and all drawings, bills and site photos shared online. Handover is planned around your travel dates.
