Before you sign with Rzian Homez you see the full bill of quantities, the nine payment stages, the 270-day programme and the warranty terms. This page shows the shape of each, so there is nothing to discover later.
Every Rzian Homez home is priced from an itemised bill of quantities (BOQ) that you receive before the work agreement is signed. The BOQ lists what is built, from what, and in what quantity. It is the document the contract points to, so the three commitments beside it can be written plainly.
The sample below is structure only. Rates, quantities and totals are specific to each project and are shared with you privately.

Payments follow construction, not the calendar. Each stage is released only after the milestone that names it is complete on site. The amount attached to each stage is set out in your payment schedule, which you receive with the BOQ.
Building permits and statutory approvals are the client's responsibility under the work agreement. We advise, and we can recommend liaison agents.
Construction runs to a 270-day programme from start of construction to handover. It is the standard Rzian Homez programme and is written into the work agreement, with the stage schedule attached. The agreement also sets out the circumstances that can affect the programme, including approved changes and other project-specific conditions. The signed work agreement governs extensions, variations and project-specific conditions.

Manufacturer warranties on named products, such as sanitaryware from Jaquar, Grohe or Kohler, roofing and waterproofing systems and paint systems, pass to you at handover with their documentation where applicable, and run for the period the supplier states.
Interiors contracted with Rzian Homez carry a one-year service warranty on workmanship. Parts and materials are covered according to the applicable supplier or manufacturer warranty, handed over with the project documentation.
The signed work agreement and handover warranty document govern the detailed warranty terms and claim process.
