We spoke to three companies before Rzianz. The others gave us a square-foot rate and said the rest would be figured out during construction, which is exactly what we were afraid of. Rzianz was the only one who put a complete cost on paper before asking us to commit. That alone made the decision easy.
My biggest concern was cost overruns. I had seen it happen to two relatives who built before me. With Rzianz, the final bill matched what was signed. There were a couple of scope changes we asked for midway, and those were costed and approved separately, which was fair. No surprises at the end.
Both my wife and I work full-time, so we could not visit the site regularly. The monthly reports with photos were genuinely useful, not just a formality. When we had questions, they were answered clearly. We did not feel out of the loop at any stage of the build.
Common questions
Before you sign with any company.
What questions should I ask any construction company?
Ask: Is the price fixed, or will there be additions? Who is the architect, and are they involved during construction? What is the contractual timeline? Can I speak to three clients from projects completed in the last year? What happens if there is a quality issue after handover? If a company cannot answer these clearly and in writing, move on.
What does the Rzianz fixed price actually include?
Full civil construction: structure, roofing, plastering, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and all civil finishing per the agreed bill of quantities, with sanitaryware from Jaquar, Grohe, or Kohler. It excludes interiors, landscaping, the compound wall, septic tank, and external works, which are quoted separately if required.
What is the minimum budget to work with Rzianz?
₹60 lakh and above for civil construction. If you are unsure of your budget, share your plot size and requirements on WhatsApp and we will give you a realistic range before any commitment is made.
How is working with Rzianz different from hiring a contractor separately?
When you hire a contractor and an architect separately, you manage the gap between them, and that gap is where most quality and cost problems begin. Rzianz is a design-build firm: design and construction are handled by one team under one contract, with one entity accountable for everything.
Do you handle approvals and permits?
Yes. We manage all municipal approvals, building permits, occupancy certificates, and statutory compliance as part of our scope. You do not need to manage these separately or follow up with government offices.
