What does the fixed price include?
Full civil construction: structure, roofing, plastering, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and all civil finishing per the agreed bill of quantities. It excludes interiors, landscaping, the compound wall, septic tank, and external works, which are quoted separately if you want them.
What is the minimum budget to build with Rzianz?

How is Rzianz different from a contractor?
A contractor executes to someone else's drawing. Rzianz is a design-build firm: our in-house architect designs your home and the same team builds it, with no architect-to-contractor handoff, which is where most quality problems begin.
Will the architect be involved during construction?
Yes, it is one of our core commitments. Our architect conducts regular site visits throughout construction, so design decisions are made by the person who designed the home, every time. Every material is named in writing too: red brick, SAIL Fe-500 steel, teak doors, and fittings from Jaquar, Grohe, or Kohler.
