In Kerala's high humidity, IS 303 (Commercial Ply) or MDF swells and de-laminates within 3-5 years. Many packages use "Marine Ply" only for the sink cabinet and cheap ply elsewhere.
The Rzian Standard: We strictly use IS 710 BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Plywood for all kitchen carcasses and shutters. It is chemically treated against termites and borers, ensuring a 15+ year lifespan.
Q. Does the price include Soft-Close hardware?
Yes. "Standard Packages" often use generic hinges and charge ₹50,000+ extra to upgrade to Soft-Close.
The Rzian Standard: We do not hold your comfort hostage. Our base specification includes premium Hettich / Hafele soft-close hinges and channels. We avoid unbranded "Imported" hardware that rusts in coastal areas like Trivandrum.
